Sweet and Sassy

Three years ago today, Boss and I welcomed our second daughter into the world. She was 6 lbs. 9 ounces, and she was 19 inches long. She captured our hearts from the beginning, and with each passing day that love has continued to grow. We feel so blessed that this sweet and sassy girl is our daughter, and we thank God that we were called to be her parents. We have been blessed with three wonderful years, and we pray for many more. Today we celebrated by spending the morning at King's Island, and then we had hot dogs and a sparkly cake (a cake with sprinkles!) for supper. Kate got a Snow White doll, some lip gloss, and a Dora Bubble Machine in honor of her special day. Happy Birthday sweet Kate!

My Little Graduate

Isn't she precious? I cannot believe how much Emma has grown and matured this year. What a sweet, sweet big girl. During the graduation ceremony, each preschooler said what they wanted to be when they grow up. Emma wants to be a ballerina, a mama, and a person that makes jewelry. Each child also got an award, and Emma's award was for making it through the entire year without having her frog moved for bad behavior. She stayed on the good level ALL year long. Hooray! Good listening! The entire evening will be a special memory in my mind for quite some time.
